Crisis Management and Communication

Each home will follow strict Crisis Prevention protocols. Employees will be equipped with cell phones to maintain constant accessibility during a crisis. Crisis response includes using resources like the Regional Crisis pager, Mobile Crisis Unit, and 911 when necessary. Employees will also receive Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) and CPR training.

Individual Support Plans (ISP)

The Individual Support Plan (ISP) for each individual will be strictly adhered to. Any concerns regarding the ISP will be promptly reported to the supervisor. This ensures the safety and well-being of each individual under care, using established communication channels and support systems.

Emergency Response and Safety

Staff will be trained in emergency response procedures, including fire drills and protocols for various emergency situations. Essential emergency contact information, such as fire and police departments, will be provided to all employees. Incident reports will be developed, and the director will be notified in case of any emergencies.
